The Marine Corps Installations Command intends to award a sole-source, hybrid firm-fixed/cost contract to Everfox, LLC for the expansion, maintenance, and enhancement of its proprietary Insider Threat Monitoring Tool, which supports the Marine Corps Insider Threat Program through three modules. The performance period is anticipated to run from 30 September 2026 to 29 September 2032. The sole-source justification cites the existing deployment on the NIPRNet, already secured Authorizations to Operate, and the prohibitive cost and security risks of replacing the platform. Interested parties may submit a capability statement via email to the contracting officers to demonstrate their ability to sustain and enhance the existing Everfox platform without a "rip-and-replace" approach or nullifying current ATOs. The government is not seeking competitive proposals but will consider responses in determining whether to compete the action.
