The purpose of this contract is to obtain contractor support to develop and administer Motorcycle Mentorship Training (train the trainer) curriculum to provide instruction and training support in compliance with Marine Corps Safety Management System, Volumes 1-9 (Marine Corps Order (MCO) 5100.29C), for the Marines and Sailors of 3d Marine Aircraft Wing (3D MAW). The key focus will be on developing and instructing experienced active-duty riders on how to facilitate motorcycle training and mentoring requirements per Wing Motorcycle Mentorship Order (Wing Order 5100.11C).
