This is not a Request For Proposal. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Any information submitted by Respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. 1.0 Sources Sought Notice: The United States Marine Corps (USMC) is seeking information from interested organizations on capabilities in the marketplace to provide brand name Hewlett Packard (HP) Point-of-Sale (POS) hardware and associated service maintenance agreement for such hardware. Marine Corps Installation Command (MCICOM) requires HP hardware to utilize their Computrition SuitePoint Point-of-Sale (POS) software. The resulting solution will implement a standardized Point of Service system, and provide the functionality to support a paperless and cashless accountability process throughout all Marine Corps Mess Halls. The acquisition of the POS hardware is part of the standardization process. 2.0 NAICS: The anticipated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334118, Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. 3.0 Description of Requirement: A DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) is included as an Attachment to this Notice. 4.0 Response Instructions: Respondents are requested to review the DRAFT Attachment and provide a Capabilities Statement, no more than 7 pages in length; in no smaller than 11-pt. font, complete with: Name of Organization Physical Address CAGE Code / Unique Entity ID (SAM) Website Address Two (2) Points of Contact (POCs) with names, positions, email addresses, and telephone numbers Business Size Standard under NAICS 334118 (i.e., Large, Small Disadvantaged, Veteran, Women Owned, etc.) A description of the Organization’s qualifications to perform/provide the requirements as identified in the DRAFT SOW A description of the Organization’s past or current experience in fulfilling similar requirements; whether for the Federal Government or non-federal entities, and identify whether that experience was/is as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor All information in response to this Notice shall be submitted on or before 10:00 AM (EST) on 11 July 2023, to Mr. Samuel Kistner (samuel.kistner@usmc.mil) and Ms. Karen Edmonds (karen.edmonds@usmc.mil). Proprietary information and trade secrets, if any, must be clearly marked on all materials. All information received that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All Government personnel reviewing Capabilities Statements will have signed Non-Disclosure Agreements and understand the obligations for proper use and protection from unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information as described at 41 U.S.C. § 2102.
