The United States Marine Corps is seeking interested companies to support the Deputy Commandant of the Marine Corps for Logistics and Installations (DC I&L) program Technical Data Management (TDM)-CATALYST. The scope of this requirement is to deliver requested capabilities through one or more Agile development teams utilizing a Continuous Delivery Pipeline supported by an established DevSecOps toolchain. TDM-CATALYST program office utilizes a scaled Agile environment and prospective companies are expected to provide a release management team to support the delivery of capability through multiple, iterative releases. The maintenance of all capability teams must be met in order to fulfill the objectives of this requirement and may be refined adaptively over the course of the effort to continuously meet specified user needs. User needs will be prioritized based on business value and technical dependencies in TDM-CATALYST by the Government Team.
