The scope of this contract is to provide MCICOM's Environmental Section technical, analytical, and administrative support services required to accomplish its mandated environmental compliance mission.... The scope of this contract is to provide MCICOM's Environmental Section technical, analytical, and administrative support services required to accomplish its mandated environmental compliance mission. Services include both qualitative and quantitative analysis in support of the Director of MCICOM's Environmental, Commanding General MCICOM, Deputy Commandant Installation and Logistics, the Department of the Navy (DoN), the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), and other senior leadership. Services will consist of providing site inspections, process evaluation, analytical, and administrative support for MCICOM's ECE Program. The Contractor shall provide technical and analytical support for the ECE Program to ensure all Marine Corps installations worldwide, are abiding by all applicable International agreements, Federal or State statues, and DoD/DoN environmental regulations/directives. In addition, the Contractor shall provide analytical and administrative support to HQMC/MCICOM Environmental Section on Marine Corps environmental compliance policy, processes, and Information Technology (IT) systems.
