The primary tools used to evaluate and measure progress of these services are Resident Satisfaction Surveys (RSS). The data generated and the resulting analysis from conducting these surveys is integral to the continuing evaluation of MCICOM processes and provides performance improvement actions by transforming customer feedback into business process changes and improvements.
