The purpose of solicitation Amendment 0001 to M95494-22-R-0006 is to; 1) expand Labor CLINs 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001 and 4001 to identify each discrete Task of the PWS; 2) expand Material and Equipment CLINs 0005, 1004, 2004, 3004 and 4004 identify separately the Uniform and/or Gear issue; 3) increase the Cost Reimbursement (Cost) CLIN ceilings for Other Direct Costs (ODCs); 4) revise limited sections of the Performance Work Statement (PWS); 5) revise Sections L and M; 6) include solicitation Question and Answer (Q&A) and supplemental documentation; 7) include a Pricing Workbook to assist in proposal submission; and, 8) extend the receipt of proposals to no later than (NLT) Thursday, 16 June 2022 by 1400 EDT. In the event solicitation Q&A necessitates a revision to a requirement; that revision has been captured in the affected solicitation document; solicitation Q&A does not define or provide the requirements of this program. Every effort has been made to identify revisions via Track Changes; but the Offeror is reminded it is its responsibility to review this solicitation Amendment in its entirety in preparation of its proposal. The Marine Corps requires a centralized USMC law enforcement program, with program management support, training program support, and security support management to ensure a comprehensive, consistent, effective, and efficient law enforcement capability; the procurement of associated police equipment and uniforms, and non-guard security support.
