The Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM), Facilities Directorate (GF), has the core responsibility for the management of approximately 740 Unaccompanied Housing (UH) facilities at 24 installations. MCICOM GF is responsible for the management and oversight of these facilities, and for the housing services provided to the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Marines. The primary approach currently used to manage UH operations is uniformed Marines. These Marines are temporarily detailed from their units for no less than twelve months and are responsible for the day-to-day housing operations of their respective facilities. Due to the abundant workload associated with this task, MCICOM GF requires contractor assistance in providing HPMS across the various regions and installations in support of managing and improving the USMCs’ UH Program. *The Request for Proposal (RFP) and attachments are included as attachments herein*
