The contractor will be responsible for providing moving services to include: disassemble, crating and packing of the office furniture and fiberglass cubicle panels, equipment, supplies and movement to new office location. At new location contractor will assemble the office furniture and cubicle panels at the new office, and remove all packing from material from the premises once complete. The requirement’s guidelines and specifications for moving and storage services are explained below. Additionally, contractor must meet and provide documents for the required insurance liability demonstrated in the enclosed document tittled Certificate of Liability Insurance, and sign Vendor Insurance and Indemnity Agreement, all pertinent insurance documents attached for review. Performance Work Statement (PWS) The period of performance for the move is NLT Juy 2nd. The contractor must coordinate with the POC at the location for the moving dates and time. Operations for the moving are only authorized monday through friday after 4:00 pm and all day Saturday and sunday, however, the contractor may access the bulding during business hours to disassemble and pack furniture. Government personnel will pack all personnel items, desk items, wall pictures and files, but the contractor will provide the boxes. The government is responsible for all items in the file cabinets, and will be emptied prior to moving. At the new location contractor wil assemble the office furniture and panels, and remove all packing materials once complete. The current address is 100 SW Main St. STE 600, Portland OR 97204. The current office is located on the sixth floor, with one freight elevator available to be used after normal business hours, and all day on the weekends. The interior of the elevator is 86" wide x 56" deep with the doors closed. Accessible loading dock can be provided upon request. The new address is 7515 NE Ambassador Place STE L&R, Portland, OR 97220, located on the first floor, and distance from the current address is 10 miles. Insurance is required at the current address and must be approved by the building manager prior to commencing work, documents must be received to be considered responsive to this solicitation, documents attached. The new address does not require insurance. Site Surveys may be conducted Wednesday, June 28 at 1000 AM, must RSVP for approval
