This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-02 Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DPN 20201130 This solicitation is reserved exclusively as a Total Set-Aside for Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns and shall be set aside in accordance with FAR 13.003(b)(1) under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 541990, with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in this solicitation. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing to marina.a.simmons@usmc.mil not later than 11:00 AM PST 17 Dec 2020. Quotations are due no later than 6:00 AM PST on 21 Dec 2020 and shall be submitted on the Price Information Worksheet provided as an attachment and submitted via email to marina.a.simmons@usmc.mil. No quotations submitted through the United States Postal Service (mail) will be accepted. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments prior to the closing date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection. The Government requests quotations from qualified sources capable of providing the non-personal technical and project management support inclusive of multiple tasks as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
