Solicitation Number: M68909-21-Q-7800 Description: FY21 Automated Ground Radio Testing Platform Agency: Department of the Navy Office: United Sates Marine Corps, Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) Location: Camp Pendleton, CA Notice Type: Sources Sought – Request For Information (RFI) Synopsis: The Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) provides technical and engineering support services to the Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC). MCTSSA supports the mission of MCSC in acquisition and program sustainment by providing system level testing and interoperability testing. MCTSSA has a requirement to construct an automated ground radio testing platform. The intent of this RFI is to determine qualified vendors who can furnish the requested materials while certifying compliance to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-3. Hardware characteristics and quantities are listed below. Hardware - 4x32 25 wire RSM Matrix QTY 1 (Cytec Mfg. Part Number) Serial switch salient characteristics: - 19" rack mountable - Less than 50 lbs. - LAN interface - At least 32 D25 connectors - Remote control via ASCII commands - Switching is 1 to 1 and acts like a cable - Allow any one of two inputs to connect to any one of 32 output - Accepts US shore power (120 V, 60 Hz AC) Hardware - SPDT Relay QTY 32 SPDT relay salient characteristics: - Through hole mounting - Not surface mount - DIP package - 5 VDC coil voltage - At least 10 V switching voltage Hardware - SP8T EM Relay QTY 8 SP8T RF switch salient characteristics: - Female SMA connections at 50 Ohms - 50 Ohm impedance - 28V control voltage - DC minimum frequency - At least 20 kHz maximum frequency - Remote control - SP8T switch design Hardware - SP4T EM Relay QTY 2 SP4T RF switch salient characteristics: - Female SMA connections at 50 Ohms - 50 Ohm impedance - 28V control voltage - DC minimum frequency - At least 20 kHz maximum frequency - Remote control - SP4T switch design Hardware - SPDT EM Relay QTY 32 SPDT RF switch salient characteristics: - Female SMA connections - 50 Ohm impedance - 28V control voltage - DC minimum frequency - At least 20 kHz maximum frequency - Remote control - SPDT switch design This Sources Sought Notice and Request for Information is issued solely for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request For Quotation (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future.
