Remove the SF-1449 solicitation document and replace with a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document. 2. Increase the quantity of CLIN 0001 by 8, from 10 to 18. 3. Extend the solicitation due date and time from 9 August 2019 to 12 September 2019 at 11:00 AM PDT. The only quotes to be evaluated, will be revised quotes from the vendors who responded to the original Request for Quote (RFQ) on 9 August 2019. Vendors who responded to the original solicitation must submit a response to this amendment to be considered for award. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. All questions regarding this amendment should be submitted in writing to marina.a.simmons@usmc.mil no later than 11:00 AM PDT 9 September 2019. Revised quotations are due no later than 11:00 AM PDT on 12 September 2019 and shall be submitted via email to marina.a.simmons@usmc.mil using the Quotation Sheet provided in the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. Only quotations received via e-mail will be accepted. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments prior to the closing date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection.
