This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source, firm fixed-price contract to Security Onion Solutions, LLC for specific training courses and software licenses. The basis for the sole-source justification is that the company is the only authorized reseller that meets all requirements. While not a request for competitive quotes, other responsible sources may submit a capability statement for consideration. Interested parties have 5 calendar days after the announcement to submit questions or concerns to the specified Contract Specialist. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this notice.
