This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the procurement of the following: a. "Brand Name" Dell server components. Item(s) must be acquired from an authorized Dell reseller. Vendors shall certify that it is an authorized dealer or reseller for Dell as of the date of the submission of their offer, and that it has the certification/specialization required by the Manufacturer to support both the product sale and product pricing, in accordance with the applicable Manufacturer certification/specialization requirements. b. Dell server components that meet all of the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics specified in the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation M68909-24-Q-7603. c. In accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b), the brand name Dell server components are essential to ensuring compatibility with the Dell servers that the Government previously procured.
