This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the procurement of the following: a. Sixteen (16) Dell "Brand Name" servers. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for these Brand Name items is Dell Technologies, Inc. (Dell). Item(s) must be acquired from an authorized Dell reseller. Vendors shall certify that it is an authorized dealer or reseller for Dell as of the date of the submission of their offer, and that it has the certification/specialization required by the Manufacturer to support both the product sale and product pricing, in accordance with the applicable Manufacturer certification/specialization requirements. b.
