The purpose is to procure the Battlefield Operations Support System Virtual Machine (BOSS VM) software only system. This BOSS software only system is developed by Curtiss-Wright Tactical Communications Group (TCG). The software must support new the MIL-STD-6016F Tactical Data Link (TDL) message standard, which is required for multi-link certification testing. Additionally, the software must provide the features of dynamic scripting for mission scenarios, Network Enabled Weapons simulation, and terminal emulation of Multi-Functional Information Distribution System-Joint Tactical Radio System (MIDS-JTRS).
