This is a combined synopsis/solicitation M68909-21-Q-7926 for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the procurement of one (1) single reel trailer for the operation of a surf array transducer for surf testing. Trailer requirement: Galvanized trailer that has a capacity of 6600 lbs, hydraulic pump with motor, tension brake, take-up retriever, solar system for charging starter andtrailer batteries, holds a 72" x 56" reel size, 4" x 6" bent tubing mainframe, tool boxes, capstan coupler, and a front jack and stabilizers. This solicitation reserved exclusively for a small business concern in accordance with FAR 13.003(b)(1) and FAR 19.502-2 under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 336212 -- Truck Trailer Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees or less. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
