Additionally, the Government will utilize simplified procedures in accordance with Subpart 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small buisness in accordance with FAR 13.003(c) under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 334220 - Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees or less. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
