The contractor would provide ad hoc fixed-wing airlift services between Palau International Airport (ROR), Peleliu Airfield, and Guam, including all aircrew, ground personnel, aircraft, supplies, equipment, and ancillary support. When notified, the contractor must mobilize MEDEVAC/CASEVAC services and remain available for tasking 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including weekends and holidays. The contractor must be CARB certified. Interested parties should provide a CARB letter and a rough order of magnitude detailing cost for either 6 months or 12 months of support.
