The forklift will not be used on the flight line, must be fueled by the contractor, and only needs to operate between 0800-1800, with no 24-hour on-call requirement. The government will provide fork extenders as the only lifting accessory. Services include generator fuel (2 drums x 50 gallons), 1-ton forklift, and HAZMAT collection, with performance in the Philippines per the attached PWS. Quotes must include a completed solicitation, one-page quotation PDF, service plan/capability statement, and foreign vendor information form.
