Notice: This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) 1st Marine Logistics Group (MLG) Expeditionary Contracting Platoon (ECP) for information and planning purposes only for the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU). Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these items or services or to issue a solicitation. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this RFI and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers. No awards will be made from the responses to this announcement; however, responses may be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a future requirement. Any information considered proprietary should be clearly marked as such on the submission. The 15th MEU is requesting information from industry for vendors with the capability to provide the following: 49,000 Gallons of Jet-A Jet Fuel to be delivered to Cold Bay, Alaska. This RFI is not meant to be restrictive or all inclusive. If your company provides a like item, please specify what your company can provide. If there are any questions concerning this matter, please ask. Please ensure responses include lead-time needed in order to conduct delivery.
