This announcement and attached Request for Quote (RFQ) constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-03 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement, current to DPN 201190531. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside and the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334220, Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing, with a small size standard of 1,250 employees. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Type Contract for 150 Smart Phones BNE to the Samsung Galaxy S9 AND 150 Smart Phone Cases BNE to the Otterbox Symmetry. All equal Smart Phones quoted must be on the DISA authorized devices list. In addition all Smart Phone cases must be compatible with quoted phones.
