The purpose of this contract service is to provide a training staff and training materials to support 4th Medical Battalion in Multi-Service Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures in accordance with the Health Service Support Field Reference Guide, MCRP 3-40A.5, and in support of Marine Corps Task List 2.0 MTL 4.5 series requirements during Battalion Field Exercise-26, aboard MCAS Miramar East (Bivouacs sites 1 and 2), San Diego, California. The period of performance is from 3 March 2026 to 6 March 2026.
