Marine Forces Reserve Headquarters has a requirement for a fully integrated audio/visual studio and post production capability with media asset management and archival service and supply contract. This service and supply contract supports a dedicated media network, tiered network attached storage with core asset management features, non-linear editorial workstation, task furniture, bench preparation of all integrated equipment prior to on-site installation (for all hardware/software configuration and testing), studio lighting, live capture and switching, audio editing and sound design as well a color grading and video monitoring. All equipment installed by the integrator shall be compatible with existing Blackmagic Design systems (cameras and DaVinci Resolve Non-Linear editing software). On-site installation and training with client assistance as well as post-sale and installation customer support. The equipment will be located at Marine Forces Reserve, Marine Corps Support Facility, in New Orleans, LA. The annual maintenance service and supply contract period is for one base year with fixed pricing. Service must be performed by certified audio/visual engineer contracted by the vendor. Service and supplies must commence no later than 15 November 2021.
