On or about 21 February 2024, Marine Corps Systems Command, Program Manager Training Systems intends to issue a solicitation for “Trackless Mobile Infantry Targets (TMIT)”. The solicitation will close on or about 1 April 2024 by 2:00 PM EST. This solicitation will be a Small Business Set-Aside IAW FAR Subpart 6.203. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The scope of this requirement includes but is not limited to, the following: • Supporting Marine Corps training with TMITs capable of moving on a training range within established geographic boundaries to ensure safety, and to present shooters with realistic, moving threats on live-fire ranges and training areas used by the Marine Corps. • Providing TMIT system operations and pre and post exercise support for Marine Corps training. • Providing data to training audiences for After Action Reviews (AARs). • Creating (new) or modifying (existing) TMIT training scenarios. • Developing TMIT training concepts. • Supporting live-fire and non-live fire training events with TMITs so that military personnel can evaluate the skills of individuals, leaders, teams, and units, and sustain operational readiness.
