The purpose of Amendment 2 is to extend the closing date of the solicitation by 15 days from 15 July to 30 July 2024. The purpose of Amendment 1 is to correct an error with the Contract Specialist email address in Section L. The objective of this project is to modify the M870A2-S Medium Heavy Equipment Transporter (hereinafter referred to as M870) to an on/off-road variant (M870A2-OR) capable of the line-haul transportation of equipment, supplies, and current Marine Corps Engineering Vehicles/equipment with payloads up to 37.5 tons in all terrain environments.
