The contract includes Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) and other engineering services that will support the production, delivery, and integration of production systems that the Marine Corps has procured, and will procure, under the U.S. Army’s Mounted Assured Positioning, Navigation, and Timing System Generation II (MAPS Gen II) Production Contract, W5KGY-22- D-0004. The NRE activities include the procurement of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) required to facilitate the standup of an additional production line that will increase the capacity of production and testing of MAPS Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) required by Army and Marine Corps operating forces.
