This is a pre-solicitation notice for a commercial service utilizing FAR parts 12 and 15 procedures. THIS PRE-SOLICIATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). ALL POTENTIAL VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL PROPOSAL RESPONSES UNTIL THE RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. This notice is for informational purposes only and the Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. Also, this pre-solicitation notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government and nor shall the Government pay for any information submitted as a result of this posting. This requirement will be solicited as a competitive procurement via SeaPort-NxG. The Marine Corps Systems Command Logistics Combat Element Support Program Manager Supply and Maintenance Systems (PM SMS) has a requirement for operational support in the form of program management/support services). The support under this requirement entails management, acquisition, and technical support. This procurement is seen as a commercial procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement will be 541330 Engineering Services. The Product Service Code (PSC) is R408 - Support- Professional: Program Management/support. This solicitation will be issued as a Small Business Set Aside and will include all instructions for offerors to follow when submitting proposals. Any resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Task Order. The period of performance is expected to be a one-year base period with four, one year option periods. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management, be a Seaport-NxG vendor and registered in the VETS-4212 database. The anticipated solicitation release date is August 2023 and will be issued via Seaport-NxG. All notices and amendments to the solicitation will be posted at this same site and the offeror will be responsible for obtaining all documents associated with this procurement.
