The Marine Corps System Command (MARCORSYSCOM) requires a Multi Channel Handheld (MCHH) radio along with MCHH Vehicle Installation Kits (VIKs) and other accessories which include mission modules, backpacks, mission-specific antennas, antenna masts, headsets, speaker boxes, remoting kits, base station kits, battery chargers, and power adapters. MCSC plans to award a single, firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with one base year, four 1-year ordering periods, and five 1-year option periods for a potential total of ten 1-year ordering periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220 - Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing. This procurement will be conducted as a full and open competition. An award will be made to a single vendor offering on all contract line items utilizing the Best Value Trade-Off approach. Technical requirements are set forth in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the RFP. The complete RFP package, including amendments, should be downloaded and reviewed prior to submitting a response. The RFP is available online at https://www.sam.gov/ and includes all documents of the solicitation package. No paper copies will be issued. Offerors requesting the restricted documents on SAM.gov, must provide an active CAGE code in their request prior to receiving access to the RFP’s restricted documents. AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date to 22 October 2021, post the MCHH RFP Q&A, and make corresponding changes to MCHH RFP and attachments as a result of the Q&A. AMENDMENT 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to update the quantities of CLINs X022. AMENDMENT 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to remove Section 7.1 of Table L-2 and Section L.2.8.1. Section 7.2 of Table L-2 is now listed as Section 7.1 and Section L.2.8.2 is now listed as Section L.2.8.1. Sections J and M apppear in the Summary of Changes due to the removal of the highlights in those sections so nothing was added/removed from those Sections.
