Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), Portfolio Manager (PfM) Supporting Establishment Systems (SES), Program Manager (PM) Network and Infrastructure (N&I) has been tasked with implementing a Comply-to-Connect (C2C) design, testing, integration, and operation capability as directed by National Defense Authorization Act 2016. The intent of C2C is to perform automated network access control in concert with compliance validation, patching and auditing on all IP-based devices on the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN), both classified and unclassified. This work will be conducted on existing Government-owned C2C equipment. Quotes will be accepted via NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) portal @ https://www.sewp.nasa.gov/.
