The anticipated acquisition strategy for this GTSS West requirement is a small business set aside action under a FAR 16.5 competition via the Seaport-E Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity vehicle. Industry Day provides industry the opportunity to better understand the performance requirements tied to the forthcoming GTSS West procurement. The GTSS West Task Order has an anticipated performance period of one year followed by two one-year option periods (under FAR Clause 52.217-9). PM TRASYS expects to issue the RFP in the 4th quarter of Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 with award issued during the 1st Qtr of FY 20. PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO ARE PROHIBITED ON-SITE. TRANSPORTATION FOR INDUSTRY DAY We will be traveling as a convoy, transportation will not be provided by the Government. You must have a 4x4 vehicle to travel down range. Note: An all-wheel drive vehicle is not considered a 4x4 vehicle by the Range Safety officer and will not be allowed access to the ranges. SAFETY: All contractors will be briefing on applicable safety rules and regulations by base personnel prior to accessing the ranges. Contractors are not to interfere or interrupt Units training on the ranges. Due to extreme heat, and site walking requirements, we suggest that personnel attending bring snacks, have plenty of water available and wear sunscreen, appropriate clothing, safety shoes and eye protection. QUESTIONS Potential offerors may submit their questions or request for additional information during the site visit. All questions answered during Industry Day will be recorded and distributed via an update to this posting. Questions may also be submitted post industry day to alvaro.l.pineda@usmc.mil after completion of the site visit. Similarly, answers to questions submitted post-Industry Day will be distributed via an update to this posting. In both instances, please be advised that the Government has the discretion whether to answer any question that it receives, and the Government is not obligated to answer any question.
