This Pre-Solicitation announcement is to inform the public that the Government intends to modify IDIQ contract M67854-18-D-0038 to add additional Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) kits to include but not limited to the Automatic Fire Extinguisher Systems (AFES). These additional Kits will increase the number of ECP Kits currently on contract. Oshkosh is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the MTVR, which are currently fielded. OEM ECP Kits including AFES are required for the non-reducible and reducible height armored MTVR. These kits will utilize the OEMs MTVR Technical Data Package for development.
