The Program Executive Officer Land Systems intends to award a sole source Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract to CACI, Inc. – Federal for lifecycle support of the CM-262 optic systems used in the Marine Air Defense Integrated System (MADIS) program. Performance will take place at the Naval Information Warfare Center in Hanahan, SC. CACI is the original equipment manufacturer and holds exclusive modification rights to the CM-262 source code, making them the only source capable of providing required hardware and software lifecycle management. The effort includes software maintenance, license procurement, hardware repair, and options for additional optic systems. The estimated award is in the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2022.
