Notice ID:M67854-26-R-0052

The United States Marine Corps is seeking information on existing, commercially available Electro-Optical/Infrared (EO/IR) optics at Technology Readiness Level 8/9 for integration onto ground and mobile platforms to detect, track, and identify aerial threats for the Marine Air Defense Integrated System (MADIS) Family of Systems. This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes only, not a solicitation for proposals, and the government will not pay for any costs incurred in responding. The required optic must operate in all weather conditions, day and night, and be capable of detecting Group 1-3 unmanned aircraft systems and manned aircraft, with features including gyro-stabilization, laser designation, and interoperability with command and control systems. Respondents must provide detailed technical, performance, procurement, environmental, logistics, and sustainment information, including estimated cost per system, production capacity, and delivery timelines. Responses are due by 1400 Eastern Time on 3 June 2026, and no budget amount or specific performance location is specified in the description.
