The Marine Corps Distance Learning (MCDL) e-Learning Ecosystem (eLE) provides learning technologies across the Marine Corps for formal centers and unit training. It is part of a larger Total Learning Architecture and is configured and managed through the Manpower IT Systems Modernization Office (MITSM) and the Naval Information Warfare Center at Webster Field, MD. The system is hosted on Amazon Gov Cloud and other services.
