Notice of Intent to Sole Source and Sources Sought: Counter-small Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-sUAS) for the Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV)
The Marine Corps intends to award a sole-source contract to Anduril Industries for Pulsar-L counter-small unmanned aerial system (C-sUAS) packages for the Amphibious Combat Vehicle fleet, but is also issuing a sources sought to identify other vendors capable of meeting the requirement. The required capability includes an integrated system to detect, track, identify, and defeat Group 1 and 2 UAS, with detection ranges of 2–5 km, simultaneous engagement, and operation while static or on the move. The solution must fit within limited, undisclosed space and weight claims on the vehicle, with an objective weight of 35 lbs or less and a ground control system compatible with existing ACV displays. Offerors must demonstrate the ability to manufacture over 50 packages within 12 months and support deliveries beginning in the first quarter of fiscal year 2027. Interested vendors must submit a 5-page executive summary covering product capabilities, company information, and relevant past performance.
