This is not a Request for Proposals. No final solicitation documents exist at this time. This RFI does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that the Government will take procurement action in this matter. The MRDS program will leverage commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) items to the greatest extent practical. The Modular Remote Disassembly System (MRDS) will be comprised of COTS milling and drilling machines. SEE ATTACHED FOR DETAILS.
