The Marine Corps’ MARNAV Program is the MCSC lead acquisition effort to field modernized PNT capabilities to host platforms. This program will incorporate an M-Code GPS capability along with additional PNT enablers/alternatives to provide a robust Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) compliant capability to the warfighters. The purpose of this RFI is to determine the availability and adequacy of potential commercial sources before determining the acquisition strategy and issuance of an RFQ/RFP. It is also an opportunity for Industry to provide feedback to the Government on the MARNAV Block 2 Draft Performance Specification (P-SPEC) to assist the Government in refining the requirement.
