THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ONLY. This posting is issued solely for the purpose of Q&A in regard to the attached Statement of Work and shall not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). This does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Responders are advised the United States Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Q&A; all costs associated with responding to this Q&A will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this Q&A does not preclude participation in any future RFP. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the SAM website (sam.gov). It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement. Please do not submit proposals at this time. Information provided in response to this Q&A announcement will not be considered an offer by the responding contractor and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Interested companies should submit questions regarding the attached Statement of Work no later than 2:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), on 10 April 2024.
