UPDATE As Of 09/22/2023: The Government's response to questions submitted for the RFP has been added to the Attachments/Links section of this posting and is titled, "OPF-L RFP Amendment 001_Attachment J.7_Offeror QA_Gov't Responses". UPDATE As Of 09/22/2023: OPF-L RFP M67854-23-R-1037 has been amended via Amendment 001. The Amended RFP and Amended Attachments have been added to the Attachments/Links section below and are designated with "Amendment 001" in the titles as well as "V.2", where applicable. All changes are highlighted in yellow for all amended documents with the exception of J.1, J.3, and Portfolio PDF Section J Exhibit A-F - CDRLs. Changes to amended documents J.1 - SOW and J.3 - Test & Evaluation Support, are indicated with a changes bar on the left side margin of the document. The only changes to portfolio PDF Section J Exhibit A-F - CDRLs, is the removal of information in Block A from all CDRLs, and a correction to CDRL B001 Block 11 information to reflect, "business days".
