Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), Portfolio Manager (PfM), Command Element Systems (CES), Program Manager (PM), Command and Control Systems (C2S), Product Manager (PdM), Extensible MAGTF Command and Control (EMC2), Networking on the Move (NOTM) is performing market research on current link 16 terminals. Only the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) document will be posted on SAM.gov and all other supporting documents are restricted. Offerors requesting the restricted document on SAM.gov, must have completed the NDA, prior to receiving access to the Request for Information (RFI) restricted document. The NDA has been posted on SAM.gov as an unrestricted document and can be downloaded, completed, signed, and then submitted to Kelly Wieczorek kelly.wieczorek@usmc.mil. It is the responsibility of those responding to the RFI to obtain all applicable documents. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT ANY POINT DURING THE RFI PROCESS. ALL COMMUNICATION SHALL BE THROUGH THE CONTRACTING OFFICE VIA EMAIL.
