This RFI constitutes market research to help the Program Manager, Air Command & Control and Sensor Netting (PM AC2SN) formulate an acquisition plan/strategy to obtain services for software integration and life cycle support. The associated draft high-level Performance Work Statement (PWS) describes scope of work required to analyze, integrate, deliver, support, and manage software applications for the Theater Battle Management Core Systems (TBMCS) software engineering effort. This RFI allows potential contractors (herein known as “integrators”) to submit a non-binding statement of interest and documentation demonstrating their capabilities, level of effort and associated costs, and suggestions that will allow the PM AC2SN to refine its potential course of action. The RFI effort is intended to assess integrators’ capabilities and solicit feedback for acquisition planning purposes.
