The Government is conducting market research in an effort to identify full range of Post Deployment Sustainment Services (PDSS) support for the Marine Corps' Contract Writing System (CWS), SPS-MC. The intent of this Sources Sought is to determine the feasibility of solutions capable of supporting SPS-MC/Procurement Desktop Defense (PD2) system maintenance, performance upgrade services, and software upgrades, to include the development and execution of identified Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
