REQUEST FOR INFORMATION Program Manager Supply & Maintenance Systems Description Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) in support of the Program Manager Supply & Maintenance Systems (SMS) is seeking a potential replacement for the Hand Held Radio Test Set (HHRTS) starting in Fiscal Year 2022 due to obsolescence. The current test set has a frequency that spans from 10 megahertz (MHz) to 1 gigahertz (GHz) while current tactical radio systems now operate with a frequency span up to 2.6 GHz. MARCORSYSCOM now requires a hand held battery operated radio Test Set capable of performing tests on the receiver, transmitter, and antenna of tactical radios operating in the frequency range of 1.5 MHz to 6 GHz to accommodate testing current and anticipated future tactical radio systems.
