Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), Portfolio Manager (PfM), Command Element Systems (CES), Program Manager (PM), Command and Control Systems (C2S), Product Manager (PdM), Tactical Hardware and Infrastructure (TH&I) is seeking industry feedback regarding Cross Domain Solutions (CDS). Only the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) document will be posted on SAM.gov and all other supporting documents are restricted. Offerors requesting the restricted document on SAM.gov, must have completed the NDA, prior to receiving access to the Request for Information (RFI) restricted document. The NDA has been posted on SAM.gov as an unrestricted document and can be downloaded, completed, signed, and then submitted to Marcellus Jernigan marcellus.jernigan@usmc.mil and Abigail Heider marieabigail.heider@usmc.mil , respectively. It is the responsibility of those responding to the RFI to obtain all applicable documents. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT ANY POINT DURING THE RFI PROCESS.
