The purpose of this RFI is to solicit potential solutions from industry on sustainment and maintenance of currently fielded PM GBAD radar components in accordance with the associated draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The current radar components fielded by PM GBAD are the RADA Technologies LLC (RTL) air surveillance radar systems, specifically the RPS-42 system consisting of multi-mission hemispheric radar (MHR) faces and associated radar tray, and the RPS-62 system consisting of the enhanced compact hemispheric radar (eCHR) faces and associated radar tray. The attached PWS outlines tasks that include general support, software support, and hardware maintenance support. The Government intends to respond to as many questions as practicable and will respond to questions via an amendment to this RFI posted to SAM.gov so that all interested parties will benefit from the same information.
