This Solicitation Notice is for the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Cap, Cold Weather (CCW) The CCW solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.502-2. Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), Program Manager, Infantry Combat Equipment (PM ICE), requires a Berry Amendment compliant CCW. The CCW must meet the specified performance requirements in accordance with the SOW (Attachment 001) as well as the CCW Detailed Specification (Attachment 002). The Government anticipates awarding one, 60-month (consisting of one five-year ordering period) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP), commercial item contract for a maximum quantity of 36,000 CCW to the responsible offeror whose proposal (1) complies with the solicitation’s terms and conditions, (2) meets or exceeds the solicitation’s requirements, and (3) is the most advantageous to the Government, based upon the Government’s assessment of the evaluation factors and elements. Only one proposal may be submitted per offeror. Only one design of Product Demonstration Models (PDMs) to match the proposal may be submitted per offeror.
