Program Manager Medium & Heavy Tactical Vehicles (PM MHTV), United States Marine Corps (USMC) is in the early planning stages of identifying a suitable replacement to the Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement (MTVR). As part of this planning, PM MHTV is seeking to identify vehicle vendors who have experience and knowledge with available hybrid power and other Fuel Efficiency (FE) technologies that can apply these technologies to their medium tactical vehicle trucks. Medium tactical vehicle trucks are defined as trucks with a capable payload of 7-ton off-road, 15-ton on road, and a 22,000lbs towing capacity.
