M67854-21-I-5112 REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR SMALL BUSINESS MANUFACTURERS OF MEDICAL AND DENTAL EQUIPMENT AND MATERIEL The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) is conducting market research to determine if any of the items on the Authorized Medical Allowance Lists (AMALs), Authorized Dental Allowance List (ADAL), and medical kits managed by the Expeditionary Medical Systems Team are manufactured by small business entities. These lists are highly specialized capability sets comprised of Department of Defense-classified Class VIII medical equipment and materiel. Lists are routinely reviewed and updated every four years, and otherwise as required. A list of the current AMALs, ADAL, and medical kits are provided in Attachment 1. See Attachment 2 for a sample list of specific items found on the AMALs, ADAL, and medical kits. Small businesses that currently manufacture any of the subject items are requested to provide information detailing product specifications, manufacturing capability, and price. If no small business manufacturers are identified through this Request for Information (RFI), MCSC intends to seek an individual waiver of the nonmanufacturer rule from the Small Business Administration in accordance with 13 CFR 121.1204(b) for Solicitation No. M67854-21-R-5110. Through this solicitation, the Government intends to award multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts to small businesses to provide authorized medical and dental equipment and materiel necessary to sustain the operational readiness of Marine Corps Health Service Support units. The North American Industry Classification System codes for this procurement will be 339112: Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, 339113: Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, and 339114, Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing. This RFI is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to award any contracts. The purpose of this RFI is solely to determine if any of the subject items are manufactured by small business entities.
