PM ICE is requesting information on materials that can be used as an alternate to leather in the construction of government-owned glove and mitten designs for future procurements to enhance performance in cold weather operations. The USMC is looking for a durable and flexible leather palm alternative that will hold up to harsh environments (below freezing temperatures, ice/snow/water) and provide a high level of dexterity.
